• 40 foot road legal skeletal trailer
• Fully welded construction sub chassis
• A 150 x 30 x 2640 Dia support steel tire ring made from S275 steel
• 22+ lifters consisting of 11+ paddle lifters and 11+ tine lifters
• All fabricated from folded steel plate and welded RSA sections
• Drum supported by two off machined 200 Dia x 200 wide truncation rollers
• Continuous mix drum
• Drum rotated by a planetary drum drive gearbox
• 18kw motor using pulleys and v-belts
• Drum feed chute
• Extraction filter to be of cyclone
• Heater is a RL210 TC two stage operation with a working field of 1,423kw to 2,443kw
• Generator or mains conversion option electrical supply
• Electrical operation panel
